Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary:

Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information
